So I'm going to get real here for a minute. This situation we are in sure is disappointing at times. This past week came with many. I come from a large family so getting together exceeds any social distancing limits. We weren't able to all gather to remember my father who passed away a year ago. My daughters wedding was supposed to be this weekend. And so many of my friends and family are in ever changing work situations. It is so easy to only see the negative and sometimes the fight to be postitive is huge, to ask for help is hard, and to connect is challenging. So here's to a new week! May we all find the joy that is there everyday, may we step out of our comfort zones and ask for what we need, and may we embrace the new ways to connect as people. And as always, HAPPY EATING!
