Here is what a week of food looks like....

Let me break it all down for you. We work just a little bit differently than most meal prep companies. With us you don't get to pick your menu. Our menu changes weekly and will be posted here on Sunday before your delivery on Monday.

The containers are microwave safe, dishwasher safe, and freezer safe. The food is labeled on the container to go with the number on the information below. B = Breakfast, L= Lunch,

D = Dinner.

The nutritional information is listed first so if you are logging your food you will have all the information you need.

Then we let you know how to heat it, if needed. We then tell you where to store it.

Weight Watchers Points, and Macros are listed if you are following any of those programs. You will receive an insulated bag with your food for the week. At the end of the week, return your bag and rinsed out containers, ice packs and jars if any, we will deliver a new bag filled with food for the following week. We do not need the baggies returned. Each meal has been customized to your food preferences and allergies. If you ever need to update your preferences please let us know. We have done our best to omit the things you don't like.
