Family Meals

These meals come frozen in a foil ½ sheet pan. Defrost in the fridge the day before eating. Heat in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until heated through. Or defrost and portion out into a microwave safe container to heat in the microwave 1 to 2 minutes or until desired doneness.


F1 – Crack Chicken – yes this is addicting! Creamy chicken over rice will soon become a family favorite.

F2 – Sonoran Chicken Pasta – a little spice, pasta and black beans all mixed together to create a dreamy dish.

F3 – French Onion Beef Casserole – Oui! This is a pasta dish you can’t stop eating. It really is so good.
